Sponsored by IEEE Computer Society and ACM SIGARCH

Supercomputing '94, the next conference in the series on high performance computing and communications, will take place November 14-18, 1994, at the Washington D.C. Convention Center. In addition to serving its traditional purpose of advancing the science and application of supercomputing technology, this conference will focus on research and education in computational science and engineering. Particular emphasis will be given to applications in biology and medicine, design and manufacturing, and environmental issues. The educational activities at Supercomputing '94 will span the spectrum from K-12 through graduate school. All contributions to the conference will be evaluated both on the basis of their technical merit and on the degree to which they support the Supercomputing '94 purposes.

Further information and instructions for submitting technical papers, education papers, roundtables, tutorials, research exhibits, posters, and panels can be found in the full text of the Call for Participation, available via anonymous ftp from sc94.ameslab.gov.
